The London Building Consultancy team seeks an Assistant Building Surveyor to support the team's growth. The role involves undertaking a wide range of building surveying services, including professional and project work.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Supporting senior team members in various building surveying services such as dilapidations, project management, technical due diligence, building reinstatement cost assessments, and maintenance programs.
  • Effectively managing multiple instructions with supervision, seeking guidance as needed.
  • Liaising directly with clients as experience is gained to meet their requirements and keep them informed.
About You:
  • Degree in Building Surveying or related field, RICS accredited, 2:1 or above.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Building Surveying role.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Word and Excel.
  • Well-organized, efficient, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
