A boutique Chartered Surveying firm is seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based close to well-connected Liverpool Station in London.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their APC and absorb the knowledge of a team of experienced Building Surveyors, with a 1:1 approach to training.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will get exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio, from large county council frameworks to grade listed private properties, delivering a multitude of service lines and schemes.

As the chosen Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll work alongside 2 trainees whom you can develop with and have 1:1 APC training and access to the Senior/Partner on a day-to-day basis.

Person Specification

• BSc/MSc, ideally in Building Surveying or RICS accredited
• Consultancy/private practice background
• Ideally commercial and residential experience
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
