Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading Facilities Management company on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional with MRICS, MCIOB, or MCABE membership, looking to take on a pivotal role in managing a range of high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee building surveying projects from inception to completion.
2. Provide expert advice on building regulations and standards.
3. Conduct surveys and inspections of buildings.
4. Prepare reports and documentation for clients.
5. Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure project success.

Qualifications

1. MRICS, MCIOB, or MCABE membership.
2. Proven experience in building surveying.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
