As an Assistant Building Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of a portfolio of High–Rise Buildings (HRB). Your expertise will directly contribute to the well–being of residents. Here's a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

• Compliance Monitoring: Utilise your strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and the Building Regulations to maintain high compliance standards.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure they are managed and mitigated effectively.
• Regular Inspections: Carry out routine inspections to monitor building conditions, ensuring that defects and risks are addressed promptly.
