The Role:

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in elevating brand performance, contributing to new product developments, increasing brand awareness, and achieving commercial goals. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, making each day unique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive brand growth through NPD development.
  • Identify opportunities and initiate impactful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for process development.
  • Ensure adherence to the GATE process.
  • Execute brand support activities, including communication activation and development initiatives.
  • Manage creative briefs, pack copy, brand collateral, and digital/social communications.
  • Update brand activity trackers in line with budget and sales plans.
About You:
  • Candidates with 1 year of experience in Marketing Assistant, Product, or Project Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Possession of a full driving license is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.
