Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £33,000 basic, OTE £45,000+

Hours Mon- Friday 8:45am - 6pm

One in three Saturdays 9am - 6pm (day off in the same week)

About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the Branch Manager with the daily running of the office while taking a hands-on approach to driving business growth.

Main Duties

" Taking the lead on property valuations and winning new instructions

" Conducting viewings and providing a standout experience for prospective buyers

" Negotiating sales and progressing deals through to successful completion

" Supporting overall branch performance through effective leadership and collaboration

" Coaching and mentoring junior team members to build confidence and capability

" Contributing to local marketing strategies and helping build the branchs visibility

" Maintaining high standards of customer service at every stage of the process

" Embracing new technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery

Skills

" Proven estate agency experience, ideally in a senior negotiator or valuation role

" A strong track record of generating new business and closing sales

" Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner

" Great organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload

" A proactive approach to sales, marketing, and client engagement

" Local market knowledge is desirable but not essential

" A full UK driving licence
