Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care in Penzance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive branch performance.

You will role model high standards of clinical care, help achieve sales targets for optical and hearing products, and assume Branch Manager responsibilities when required, including opening and closing the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or healthcare, ideally within an optical or audiology setting.
• Strong background in customer service and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems.
