NAPA Auto Parts UK is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch manager in driving sales, achieving targets and delivering first‑class service to every customer. You will lead and motivate the branch team, manage stock and costs, handle cash and key accounts, ensure health and safety compliance, and push promotional activity to grow market share in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in automotive parts distribution is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in automotive industry as Assistant Branch Manager or Motor Factor Parts Advisor.
• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Branch Manager with achieving branch sales, margin and targets.
• Ensure first-class service to all customers.
• Drive the branch team to deliver great customer service and sales targets.
• Manage branch running costs and stock control, including stock takes.
• Handle cash and manage key customer accounts; support policies and procedures.
