NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch manager in maximizing sales while providing first-class service to customers. The ideal candidate will have automotive industry experience and a progression mindset for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry as an Assistant Branch Manager or Motor Factor Parts Advisor seeking progression.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive a team.
• Sales-focused with a can-do attitude and customer-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Achieve branch sales, margin and targets.
• Ensure first-class service to all customers.
• Drive the branch team toward sales and promotional targets.
• Manage branch running costs and efficiency.
