Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care seeks an Assistant Branch Manager in the UK to support the Branch Manager in leading a dedicated team and driving service excellence while achieving sales targets for optical and hearing products.

You will mentor staff, maintain high clinical standards, and ensure smooth daily operations with a customer-focused, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or healthcare, preferably optical/audiology.
• Strong customer service and sales background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
• Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with POS systems.

About The Role
