The Deputy Ticketing & Reception Manager (Group & Sales) is responsible for group sales and associated on day welcome, box office reporting, supporting sales initiatives and memberships such as access scheme, film club etc, supporting the ticketing and reception team and deputising for the Ticketing and Reception Manager as required.
The position supports the day-to-day work of the team of Ticketing and Reception staff (permanent, casual and volunteers), ensuring an efficient and effective digital first sales and systems focussed operation integral to and with excellent visitor experience at the heart of day to day delivery

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a passion for sales, upselling and reporting who thrives supporting and nurturing team members & visitors. Candidates will be efficient and driven with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
This post will sit within the Ticketing & Reception team and report to the Ticketing & Reception Manager.
Hours for this role are set on a weekly rota that runs over a rolling 4 week period. The rota covers Monday – Sunday, morning through to evening. This post will have a mixture of administrative time and customer service hours across any given week. We operate across 363 days a year so our team do work over holiday periods.
