Job summary

NAKANO SINGAPORE (PTE) LTD in Penarth is seeking a BIM Coordinator to assist in BIM Management and setup of BIM execution plans. The role involves coordinating with clients and other discipline teams to ensure all drawings align and meet project requirements.

The candidate will also be responsible for establishing a Common Data Environment for project documentation, facilitating meetings, and supporting tenders as required. Strong organizational and coordination skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan.
• Attend BIM meetings with Clients and Consultants.
• Check clash report and presentation.
• Co-ordinate as-built BIM for project completion.
• Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation.
• Mandate all contractors to extract shop drawings from BIM model.
• Ensure 2D and 3D drawings are aligned.
• Prepare template for Asset Information Model.

Job description

2. To attend BIM meeting with Clients/Consultants.
3. To check clash report and presentation.
4. To co-ordinates as built BIM for project completion to clients.
5. Co-ordinates with other discipline Architectural/Structural/M&E to develop BIM drawing.
6. Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation & coordination (Tender requirements) so that office & site can access same data.
7. Mandate all (Main Contractor & Sub-Contractor) to extract shop drawing from BIM Model.
8. To ensure 2D drawings & 3D drawings are aligned.
9. To prepare template for Asset Information Model (Facility Maintenance Stage) for future BIM projects tender requirement.
10. Support tender in BIM scope of works when needed.
11. To attending technical meeting when required.
