This international law firm, with a modern and tech-focused approach, is seeking an Assistant Bid Manager or Executive to join their Liverpool office due to growth. The role will focus on major pitches, panel review, strategic BD projects, and process management. The ideal candidate will have experience in bid management within professional services, with strong project, stakeholder, and writing skills.

The Assistant Bid Manager / Executive will:

  1. Manage and execute high-level strategic pitches
  2. Advise Partners on the pitch process and bid/no bid decisions
  3. Collaborate with teams on strategic pricing management
  4. Implement comprehensive pitch feedback processes
  5. Support post-pitch onboarding and client relationship management
  6. Ensure pitch infrastructure and processes are efficient
