About The Role

We seek a permanent full-time Assistant Manager for the Road Hole Bar, overseeing operations of our whisky and beverage offerings, ensuring standards, coaching staff, and driving team success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain standards and operating procedures
2. Control costs and ensure service quality
3. Support and coach staff, ensuring excellent customer service
4. Handle guest complaints and foster loyalty
5. Forecast staffing needs
6. Conduct performance appraisals and development plans
7. Identify areas for continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience supervising teams in bar/restaurant settings
2. Knowledge of bartending, cocktails, and presentation
3. Strong team management and motivation skills
4. Understanding of food safety and beverage practices
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and organize effectively

Additional Details

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours over 5 days

Remuneration: £32,454.24 + TRONC
