Location: THE PIG - near Bath, BS39 4NS

Salary: OTE £15.10 per hour (OTE £35,429 per annum based on 45 hours per week)

Hours: 35 hours per week, plus overtime

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to support our bar team.

Our bars at THE PIG are unique! We mash, muddle, blend, shake, and throw our way to creating the perfect drinks. All cocktails are inspired by our kitchen garden, using locally sourced ingredients to infuse spirits—herbs, flowers, berries, bacon, and caramel are just some of the creative elements our bar team employs.

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the effective operation of the bar areas, assist the Bar Manager in developing the skills of the team, and monitor their progress and creativity both behind the bar and on the floor.

The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and capable of providing a high-quality yet relaxed service style.

Experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of classic cocktails and the skills to create modern twists.
