What you’ll be doing:

As Assistant Bar Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the bar and lounges, taking ownership of your shift and ensuring the team delivers to 5-star standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Bar & Lounge Manager with daily operations

• Leading bar staff, assigning duties and monitoring completion

• Training new team members and nurturing their development

• Managing rotas and anticipating business needs

• Resolving work-related issues positively and professionally

• Upholding the highest standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness
