Isabel Mayfair in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our luxury venue. We are looking for an experienced, charismatic, and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at Isabel Mayfair.

Isabel Mayfair is one of London’s most prestigious dining destinations, known for its vibrant fusion of Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, glamorous atmosphere, and exceptional late-night experience in our exclusive Dragon Room. Since opening in 2017, Isabel has become synonymous with refined hospitality in Mayfair.

The Assistant Bar Manager plays a key role in supporting the Bar Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar while helping create a vibrant, welcoming, and high-performing environment for both guests and team members.

This role requires a hands‑on leader with exceptional hospitality standards, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to inspire and develop a team within a fast‑paced luxury venue.
