Job Introduction



Main Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the branch team to achieve joint goals outlined in the business plan, collaborating with Corporate and Private Banking Managers when customer needs are identified.
  • Prepare facility letters and other account documentation.
  • Complete all documentary requirements for lending facilities from credit approval to drawdown, including liaising with lawyers and valuers to ensure all conditions are met prior to drawdown, acting as a line of defense.
  • Conduct ongoing and annual account reviews to ensure compliance with the Bank's documentation and requirements.
  • Manage account administration for new and existing customers, including direct customer contact and providing excellent service.
  • Liaise with internal departments (such as CDD, AML remediation, UKJ) to ensure AML and KYC records meet regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to deliver high levels of customer service and maintain good administrative order.
  • Support marketing initiatives to foster positive relationships with local professionals, alongside daily responsibilities.
  • Handle general office management and support the Branch Manager with health and safety, compliance, and administrative tasks.
  • Discuss additional responsibilities and personal development activities during PLUS discussions as part of the Wheel process.

The candidate must deliver exceptional service to customers, with strong attention to detail and an organized approach, demonstrating accuracy in work. Experience with lending documentation/security and AML/KYC procedures for personal and business transactions is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential; training on internal IT systems will be provided.
