Job summary

Handelsbanken is seeking an Assistant Banking Manager to join our Grimsby branch. You will manage account administration for new and existing customers, handle electronic banking tasks, and support the inbound transfer and payment processes as part of the branch team.

You’ll work to deliver outstanding customer service and help achieve the branch business plan, with a focus on accuracy, integrity and long-term relationship building within the local community.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required for multiple stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare facility letters and account documentation.
• Process lending facilities from credit approval to drawdown with legal liaison.
• Conduct annual account reviews and maintain high standard of administration.
