Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent service.
• Commercial awareness with sales/KPI targets.
• Commitment to food quality, safety and operations standards.
• Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Confident decision-maker who leads by example.
