Assistant After Sales Manager – Dorchester

Location: Dorchester, Dorset

Salary: Basic £28,000, OTE £34,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00

We are seeking an experienced professional, possibly with a background as an Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Service Advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the Service Department's After Sales strategy in the respective area.
  • Maximise volume and gross profit in line with targets.
  • Manage costs effectively.
  • Ensure the Service Team follows the agreed after sales processes to maximise profit opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding after sale customer service through all Service Team activities.
  • Provide direction and support to the Service Team to meet targets.
  • Enhance the performance of the Service Department through effective recruitment, coaching, management, and development in collaboration with the Aftersales Manager.
