Job description

This boutique Film/Production Talent Agency representing an exclusive roster of Cinematographers, Production Designers and Costume Designers working in Commercials, TV Drama and Film are looking for an Assistant/Administrator to join their small friendly team.

This is a varied and interesting role, offering the chance to be involved across all areas of the business but with a strong focus on invoicing – around 50% of the role. This can be fairly complex as you will be working to APA regulations so accuracy and attention to detail is extremely important. Full training will be given.

You will need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player, with a confident, fun personality, good sense of humour and a love of all things admin. Experience of working in Production or a Talent Agency required.

Duties

  • Invoicing on behalf ofclients and liaisingwithproduction companiesregarding payments.
  • Contacting production companiestoobtaincopies ofclientswork for marketing and showreel purposes
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, general office management.
  • Creating email signatures and GIFs for thecompanywebsite.
  • Instagram, general marketing, creating newsletters and deliverables for social.
  • Updatingthe company website,client libraries,reelsand CVs.
  • Creating ‘News’ articles for the website.
  • Industry and international market research on prospective production companies and artists.
  • Submitting artist film videos to awards ceremonies for nomination consideration.
  • Supporting the diary service for the crew department by liaising with crew members and production companies regarding logistics and diary management
  • Ad hoc administrativeand PA duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Experience of invoicing would be highly beneficial.
  • Fantastic organisational skills and ability to oversee multiple projects on the go.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Mac OS, digital file formats, Photoshop for GIF generation and video editing
  • Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
  • An interest in film and/or fashion and advertising industries.

Hours : 10:00-6:30
