Job summary

Teesside University is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join the Professional Services team, supporting the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Law and the School of Arts and Creative Industries. You will be highly organised and capable of working in a dynamic environment as part of a supportive team.

You will primarily assist with student records, support and partnerships, following an annual schedule, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure students are supported

Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Administrator to join our Professional Services department, supporting the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Law and the School of Arts and Creative Industries. We are looking for a highly organised individual, who has experience of working in a dynamic environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

In this role, you'll primarily support our Student Records, Support and Partnerships functions, working to an annual schedule and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate student records and ensuring students are supported through their academic journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team, where your contributions will directly enhance the experience of both students and staff. If you take pride in delivering excellent customer service, have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
