A leading research-intensive university in North East England is seeking a part-time Assistant Administrator to support Occupational Health & Safety Service training. The role involves organizing training delivery, monitoring programs, and maintaining records. Essential qualifications include good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and experience in a customer-oriented administrative role. The position is 22.2 hours per week.

The Role
We are delighted to be able to offer a part time opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to support some key Organisational development duties in the provision of Occupational Health & Safety Service (OHSS) training services. This will include working with the Health & Safety Advisers and the OHSS service.
A key part of the role is the organisation of OHSS training delivery. You will also support the organisation with the monitoring of programmes, record keeping and invoicing.
In order to be successful in this role you should have a good level of IT skills in particularly MS Office, be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. Previous experience of providing administration within a busy customer orientated environment is essential.
The role is part time 0.6 FTE, 22.2 hours per week.
