Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on your own initiative and suggest improvements.
• Good IT skills including Excel are essential.
• Experience with Sage accounting software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processing of overseas invoices and payments
• Reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts
• Monthly stock reconciliations
• Monthly rebate calculations and reconciliation
• Accruals and prepayments
• Updating and maintaining the fixed assets
• Other ad hoc duties as required
