Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a busy commercial finance environment or similar.
• Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Methodical and accurate approach with flexibility in a busy office.
• Clear communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers while protecting business interests.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting processes including invoicing, reconciliations, and journals.
• Assist with VAT activities and ensure accurate filings.
• Contribute to fixed asset accounting and stock/count preparation.
• Assist with prepayments, accruals and deferred income schedules.
• Support month-end/year-end close and liaise with auditors.
