Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance department. This role involves ensuring smooth financial processes, updating billing systems, managing the purchase ledger, handling queries, and supporting purchasing activities.

What you'll do at work

Responsibilities
  • Billing System Management: Assist in updating and maintaining billing data, making adjustments, verifying accuracy, troubleshooting discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting related to billing.
  • Purchase Ledger Maintenance: Support processing purchase invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, ensuring ledger accuracy, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Handling Financial Queries: Act as the first point of contact for finance-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate to improve processes.
  • Support in Purchasing: Assist procurement activities, maintain records, analyze supplier costs, and help reduce hardware purchase costs.

What you'll learn
