Fame Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Assistant Accountant to join our established NW London practice. Working with the Financial Controller, you will help run the accounts function and support a diverse client base.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, manage ledgers, perform reconciliations, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. The role offers progression in a forward-thinking firm embracing AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Support the Financial Controller with daily accounts duties.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts; assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
• Manage sales and purchase ledgers, credit control and debt queries.
• Perform reconciliations of bank and balance sheet; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and forecasting.
• Support VAT, payroll and pension requirements.
• Improve financial processes through technology, automation and AI.

Responsibilities
