Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The role:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for those currently in an Accounts position seeking career progression or those looking to start a career in Accounts. You will work closely with the Aftersales Accountant and the Franchise Financial Controller, being part of an experienced and supportive team. Your focus will be on managing the financial health of our TPS (Trade Parts Specialists) located across various sites, working on a hybrid basis with the possibility to work from any site. Travel to different sites will be required.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with balance sheet control, risk and audit management, inventory checks, managing working capital, and ongoing cost reviews. We provide training through our in-house Marshall Finance Academy, along with study support and ongoing on-site training and leadership development.
Who you are:
We are seeking candidates currently in an Accountancy, Data, or Administrative role, or individuals with demonstrable experience and understanding of accounting functions. You should be able to manage your workload independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Automotive experience is desirable but not essential.
