Flexible working hours and a mix of home and office working are available, along with study support for those pursuing qualifications. Part-time hours are circa 18-22 hours a week.

Job Description

Joining as a Part-Time Assistant Accountant based near Radstock, you will provide year-end accounts preparation, tax compliance, VAT, and other services to a diverse client base of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, including SMEs and OMBs of various sizes and sectors. As you develop within the role, you will gain more technical involvement in tax and other areas, with training and support provided within this growing firm.

The Successful Applicant

For this Part-Time Assistant Accountant role, candidates may be AAT students or qualified, or pursuing ACCA/ACA qualifications. Alternatively, candidates with 2-3 years or more of relevant experience in a UK-based accountancy practice, including preparing year-end accounts and tax, are encouraged to apply.
