Description

  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions as needed.
  • Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to external audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • A background in finance or accounting, ideally within the Motor Trade
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
