I'm exclusively working with a leading property company that truly supports team development.

This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years' experience in AP and AR, looking to grow their career in a supportive environment

  • Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per year
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
  • Location: London

What to expect:

  • Processing purchase invoices.
  • Managing monthly payment runs, including BACS, CHAPS, Euro, and other currencies.
  • Posting monthly bank journals and performing reconciliations across multiple currencies.
  • Preparing and issuing sales invoices, both external and intercompany, in a timely manner.
  • Posting and reconciling intercompany accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining daily purchase ledger reconciliation sheets for group entities.
  • Assisting with quarterly VAT return preparation.
  • Supporting the Group's year-end close and audit processes.
  • Investigating and resolving both internal and external finance-related queries.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team as required.

What skills/attributes will you bring?

  • Studying AAT OR early stage ACCA or CIMA.
  • Able to work effectively within a team.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to agreed deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
