Qualifications

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and cost centre reports.
  • Assist with reconciliations—accruals, prepayments, etc.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Job description

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and cost centre reports
  • Post journals and assist with reconciliations such as accruals, prepayments and other regular journals (e.g. FX, bank charges, travel costs)
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Monitor and reconcile departmental costs (e.g. IT, HR, marketing)
  • Assist with audit preparation and year-end statutory accounts
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure data accuracy
  • Other ad-hoc work as required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyse and consolidate data
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
