Assistant Accountant / £35,000 / London / Real Estate

Your new company

We are working with a Luxury Real Estate company based in the prestigious West End of London. The company is known for its progressive approach and is on the verge of launching a new business venture, positioning them for significant growth. They have recently transitioned the Finance function in-house and are seeking a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join the dynamic team.

Your new role

As an Assistant Accountant, you will report directly to our newly appointed Finance Manager. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance function, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and contributing to the company's financial health. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking company and be part of an exciting journey.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in relevant accounting roles, demonstrating competency in the key responsibilities listed above.
  2. Qualifications: Studying towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications (ideal).
  3. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  4. Personality: A social personality with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  5. Industry Experience: Experience in the property or a similarly progressive industry (ideal but not essential).
