Assistant Accountant needed in Caerphilly, £17.79ph - Reference: 5269635

• Support the Finance Manager and Senior Accountant in providing financial management information related to specific grant programmes, advising services within the Corporate Services Directorate and the Economy and Environment Directorate.
• Provide financial advice and accounting support to grant managers, including producing designated grant budget monitoring reports, financial submissions, management information, preparing service budgets, grant claims, and financial outturns.
• Contribute to the effective monitoring and evaluation of designated grant programmes, including re-purposing funds within the constraints of grant terms and conditions.
• Prepare budget monitoring reports and provide financial information as required according to approved timetables.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
