We are actively seeking an Assistant Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team. The role will be office-based with hybrid working options available. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team and develop your experience and career within high-net-worth insurance.

About you:

• You enjoy engaging with people, listening, and building relationships, as understanding our clients and their requirements is crucial.
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills. Since our clients are unique, we tailor solutions rather than adopting a "one size fits all" approach.
• You may currently work in sales and are seeking a career change. No prior experience is required as we provide on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications.
• You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. Many of our successful opportunities come from team members passionate about specific subjects, such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art. Loving what you do helps you build rapport quickly and provide the best solutions to clients.
