The role.
What an amazing opportunity we have working in a dynamic, growing company! We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join an innovative and rapidly expanding Commercial Insurance Broker in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a willingness to learn, and good knowledge of technology. We value dedicated and enthusiastic individuals. Our company prides itself on clarity over jargon, character over anonymity, and action over talk.
You will be responsible for checking existing clients' insurance renewals, data entry tasks, managing the company's mailboxes, and distributing post. Additionally, you will handle office management tasks such as ordering stationery and coordinating employee birthdays. As you will be communicating with customers, excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

We are seeking a bright, organised Assistant Account Executive. Enjoy a fantastic working environment and flexible hours, either 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Benefits include an annual company bonus, generous holiday entitlement including half days on Christmas Eve and New Year's, free parking, and some flexibility for hybrid working after probation. There are multiple progression routes available in different areas of the business, including Marketing and IT.
