We have an opportunity for an Assistant Accommodation Manager to join our site operations team based in Chelmsford. This is an exciting role to work alongside of the Deputy Accommodation Manager, supporting the team, which is made up of 9 other people. We provide accommodation for staff of the NHS, there will be the occasional lone working, however there is always someone around to support.
We’re looking for a professional individual who is a team player and used to working in a fast-paced environment with experience in a similar role. Being self-motivated and able to use your own initiative is crucial. An individual that wants to learn new skills and can relate to Sanctuary’s values is important.
