Assistant Accommodation Manager

Your Responsibilities

1. Support the monitoring of the quality of work in guest accommodations.
2. Assist with room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) standards and standard operating procedures through regular checks.
4. Assist in overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas, including conference suites and leisure facilities, to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain high hotel standards.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
