Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Assets & Capital Project Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Birmingham.

What the job will be doing

1. Understand conditions of the housing associations' homes and ensure the asset management data is accurate.
2. Be an asset management system expert and lead on the production of property options appraisals.
3. Be responsible for delivering projects on the major works programme and cyclical and planned maintenance works.
4. Manage consultations with residents and staff to ensure our works programs consider their views and meet their needs.

What you will need
