Vice Presidents in Sustainable Credit work in small deal teams, responsible for identifying, structuring, executing, and monitoring investments. They lead due diligence, drive deal origination, and develop investment theses. The Vice President reports directly to the global co-head of Sustainable Credit.

Responsibilities

• Originating investment opportunities across Sustainable Credit products through early engagement with relevant parties (borrowers, advisors, private equity sponsors)
• Leading due diligence and business analysis to develop and refine investment theses
• Developing new investment ideas aligned with energy transition themes
• Structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments
• Presenting and defending investment theses to internal stakeholders and committees
• Monitoring existing investments in the portfolio
• Participating in internal fund management and investor communications

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Investment Banking/Structured Finance, Private Credit, or sustainability-focused investments
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with independent judgment
• Passion for investing, credit, and sustainability
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to develop new strategies
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
