Responsibilities:
- Drive asset growth for GSAM ETFs across the UK and Europe with external clients, prospects, and internal partners.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop a distribution plan to increase ETF market share, including marketing, events, and PR initiatives.
- Work closely with internal groups such as capital markets, marketing, strategy, and portfolio management to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Execute sales campaigns and involve clients on major ETF initiatives like seminars, events, surveys, and roadshows.
- Promote ETF themes and initiatives to clients, prospects, and distribution channels.
- Represent GSAM ETFs at industry events.
- Contribute ideas for product development and provide feedback from clients.
- Provide insights on industry trends and competitor dynamics, and make recommendations accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years in fund management.
- Proven success in asset raising and managing client relationships.
- Interest and knowledge of passive markets and ETFs.
- Strong technical, commercial, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective presentation skills for one-on-one and group settings.
- Languages: English and one other European language preferred.
