Role Summary

This Analyst/Associate will work on the client communications team and play a key role in developing messaging, client communications toolkits, and executing the strategy for Asset Management client communications in EMEA and global initiatives. They will partner with client-facing businesses, investment teams, internal communications, and the corporate communications team, working across multiple stakeholders and functions to build alignment. Topics may include organizational updates, product developments, market events, regulatory changes, awards, or press coverage. The Analyst will work with the marketing team on messaging related to client communications that may be amplified through various channels such as social media.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client communication strategies across channels and products, assessing needs and targeting audiences.
  • Create relevant collateral and communication toolkits in collaboration with business partners.
  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, fact-checking, and vetting feedback from stakeholders.
  • Plan communications strategically to optimize client and sales team experiences and media coverage.
  • Partner with marketing and media relations to drive awards strategy and amplification.
  • Collaborate with social media teams to ensure messaging consistency in social amplification.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines to manage operational risk.

Qualifications
