We are seeking an experienced analyst-level candidate to join our Data Analytics Team who demonstrates the ability to think critically, exhibit sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to developing business intelligence capabilities and deliverables for the Client Operations organization.

Within AWM, Client Operations is a global sales-aligned service organization providing high-quality service and solutions to shareholders, enabling distribution of investment products, offering consultative services, and maintaining operational controls.

The Data Analytics Team within Client Operations is responsible for reporting, analytics, and automation across the global footprint, focusing on process automation, operational KPIs, and business reporting.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As a member of the Data Analytics Team, your responsibilities include:

  1. Improving business & operational processes through automation and controls
  2. Developing and supporting the business intelligence codebase within Client Operations
  3. Owning expertise on data and systems underpinning workflows
  4. Resolving production issues impacting analytics and reporting
  5. Partnering with Technology to improve data and reporting capabilities
  6. Collaborating with Client Operations to identify and scope BI solutions
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Basic Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience, including at least one year in data science/business intelligence
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Experience in Python
  • Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and relate data points to business processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sound judgment and integrity
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git
  • Experience with Alteryx or similar workflow tools
