YOUR IMPACT

XIG seeks a Business Development Lead to oversee growth in the EMEA region, including new product development, client engagement, and stakeholder management.

  • Drive commercial strategy, capital formation, and client engagement for the Imprint Platform, including launching new funds and managing fundraising strategies across EMEA.
  • Coordinate with sales and client teams to gather market feedback, support product development, and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead EMEA client due diligence processes from initial engagement to legal negotiations.
  • Work with team members to respond to client inquiries, RFPs, performance analyses, reporting, and portfolio updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of client strategy experience in asset management.
  • Experience in private markets fundraising and investor relations.
  • Interest and knowledge in ESG and Impact investing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Leadership skills to manage global fundraising and investor relations.
  • Ability to prioritize commercial areas of focus.
  • Respond effectively to ESG and Impact inquiries.
  • Team-oriented with a value-adding approach.

Additional 5-7+ years in a similar role preferred.
