This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in project management, transformation, operational improvement or business analysis within a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation.

What you'll be doing:

As an Asset Transformation Project and Data Coordinator, you'll support transformation projects from planning through to delivery by:

  • Maintaining programme documentation, trackers, governance records and project plans.

  • Managing and developing benefits tracking and performance reporting processes.

  • Collecting, validating and analysing operational and project data to monitor progress and outcomes.

  • Producing dashboards, reports and visual insights that support effective decision-making.

  • Supporting programme governance meetings, preparing reports and tracking key actions.

  • Working with stakeholders across the business to gather information and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and supporting their management.

  • Helping embed continuous improvement and best practice project delivery approaches.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data and coordinating multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll have:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data.

  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience supporting projects, programmes or business improvement initiatives.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to challenge, improve and learn.

Desirable

  • Experience within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or operational environments.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM or Agile.

  • Experience using Power BI or other reporting and visualisation tools.

  • Understanding of business improvement, transformation or performance management practices.

Why join us?

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformation programme that is helping shape the future performance and reliability of our asset operations.

You’ll work alongside experienced project professionals, operational leaders and technical specialists, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives that deliver real benefits for customers, communities and the environment.

In return, you’ll benefit from:

  • Generous holiday allowance with the ability to buy and sell annual leave for added flexibility.

  • Competitive company pension scheme.

  • Training and development within the role.

  • Access to thousands of discounts and vouchers through Pennon Perks.

  • 24/7 support with our Employee Assistance Programme.

  • Cycle to work scheme.

  • And more!
