Job summary

Pennon Group is seeking an organised Asset Transformation Project and Data Coordinator to join the Asset Transformation team in delivering high-impact improvements to asset reliability and performance. You’ll combine project coordination, data analysis and programme support to plan, monitor and report transformation activities.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting projects, programmes or business improvement initiatives.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to challenge, improve and learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, actions, milestones and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain programme documentation, trackers, governance records and project plans.
• Manage and develop benefits tracking and performance reporting processes.
• Collect, validate and analyse operational and project data to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Produce dashboards, reports and visual insights to support decision making.
• Support programme governance meetings, preparing reports and tracking key actions.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to gather information and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and support their management.
• Help embed continuous improvement and best practice project delivery approaches.
