VIVO Defence Services is seeking an Asset Surveyor to join the Asset Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to go permanent. The role is homebased with Midlands preference and extensive UK travel. A full UK driving licence and vehicle access are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Surveying experience within construction, built environment or related technical discipline.
• Experience of asset surveys, inspections, tagging, audits, data collection or asset management.
• Excellent attention to detail, literacy and numeracy; confident with digital tools.
• Willing to travel extensively and work across live operational sites.
• BPSS clearance is required as a minimum.

Aufgaben

• Travel across the Defence Estate to carry out detailed asset surveys.
• Identify assets, verify locations, apply asset tags and capture information.
• Review existing records, identify missing or incorrect data and highlight discrepancies.
• Work with Defence Infrastructure Organisation and site teams to ensure safety and standards.
• Develop knowledge across a wide range of assets and operational environments.
