Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive asset management experience in energy or related industry.
• Experience leading maintenance programs and managing budgets.
• Desirable: BOSIET/FOET and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to improve performance and lifecycle value.
• Lead maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Monitor asset/site performance metrics and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
• Manage budgets, cost control, reporting and investment planning for upgrades.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and safety teams to ensure asset integrity and risk management.
• Conduct RCA and risk assessments to resolve performance issues and drive improvements.
• Lead asset investment plans, prioritising capital projects and approvals.
• Stay updated with industry trends to keep asset management innovative.
