Qualifications

• 2+ years of Asset Servicing experience, with exposure to voluntary corporate actions.
• Understanding of corporate action lifecycles, market practices, and election processing.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a high‑risk, time‑critical environment.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and sound risk judgment.
• Clear and effective communicator, able to engage confidently with stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process voluntary corporate action elections across equity and fixed income products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with market deadlines
• Create and validate announcement information and instruct client and firm elections into CREST/Euroclear
• Reconcile and distribute entitlements, investigating and resolving exceptions as required
• Actively manage operational risk by identifying issues, escalating appropriately, and applying strong controls
• Partner with client service, technology, legal, and global operations teams to resolve complex event‑related issues
• Support process improvements and control enhancements to reduce risk, increase scalability, and improve client outcomes
